needed: authors for a new constitution
With not much fanfare (not that there is ever fanfare about Nepal), Nepal is now a federal state.Not quite sure how Federalism changes things. According to my parents, foodstuffs, especially veggies, are rather scarce in the big city as protests and transport strikes by people in the southern part of the country (where the crops are grown) continues.
Though, as my Mum put it, "Thank goodness, there're always potatoes".
