So first there was the medical marijuana case. Then that lovely tribute to corporate freedom, Kelo v. New London. And now, as if it weren't miserable enough to sit through a sad, sad excuse of a Supreme Court session, Sandra Day O'Connor has announced her retirement.Because what we really need is a chance for GWB to pick a justice out of his hat.
