Stuff, stuff, and more stuff.
"So, ultimately, in order to understand nature it may be necessary to have a deeper understanding of mathematical relationships. But the real reason is that the subject is enjoyable, and although we humans cut nature up in different ways, and we have different courses in different departments, such compartmentalization is really artificial, and we should take our intellectual pleasures where we find them."

Very nice. We didn't get to this part of the holiday....not enough energy to exert on that I'm afraid.
Have you started your novel?
Have you checked out the NaNo radio on the website?
I managed to scare my housemate with the spiders. She thought they were real ones I'd brought with me from that place I volunteer at. Heh.
Am feeling rather pleased with myself.
Yay for NaNo. Remember the potential lurker tonight :-)
Good luck to E. I won't be there since it ends before I get out of work.
I'm thinking of going to the one in White Flint as well--S seemed interested in it, although he doesn't have a laptop. Starts at 7:30 and runs to 9:30.
The photo's an old one--we didn't have time for pumpkins this year. But I do want to go next weeekend to buy some for butter and pies.
White flint on what day? i really should pay more attention to these things
White Flint on Tuesdays, Friendship Heights on Wednesdays (at the Borders, starting at 4:30 or something) and Bethesda on Saturdays. And someone is trying to set up one near Shady Grove, but I don't have details on that one yet.
